What is the Heart + Honey box?

Heart + Honey aims to harmonize health, vitality, and enrich passion in your life. Each Heart + Honey box is carefully curated around a theme which enhances your intimate life, as well as your physical wellbeing. Depending on which tier you choose, you can expect to find a quality/high end sexual toy or aid, and a full box of support products

How does my subscription work?

Choose which subscription term works best for you.  A Heart + Honey box will arrive at your door around 10th of each month. Subscriptions are automatically renewing, and you are able to cancel at any time. 

What is the difference between the Queen Bee and Bumble Bee Boxes?

Our Bumble Bee Box contains a quality sex toy/accessory plus 2-4 sexual and lifestyle products. All items compliment a monthly wellness theme that promotes vitality and passion. 

Our Queen Bee Box contains a high end sex toy/accessory plus 3-5 sexual and lifestyle products . All products compliment a monthly wellness theme that promotes vitality and passion.

We created the 2 tiers of box because there is such a wide range of price points among sex toys and accessories. We carefully choose the highest possible quality for each tier. Make your selection and order with confidence!

Are boxes packaged discretely?

Yes! Your Heart + Honey box will not have our name anywhere on the exterior of the package

When will my box be shipped?

Your subscription box will be shipped out via USPS Priority mail the first week of each month. You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your box is on its way. If you live in the continental US, you should then receive your box an estimated 2-3 business days after its has shipped! One-time boxes are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted in product description.

Purchase options

You can purchase a month to month subscription, which you can cancel at any time. Additionally, our 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions offer discounted prices for longer commitment. 


Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds and/or exchanges. However, if any items should happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.


Subscription orders are taken from the first day of the month, until the last. Renewals occur on the 15th of the month (based on eastern standard time).  Month-to-month subscriptions will renew on a monthly basis, and 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions will renew in the correlating time frame.  So for example, if you were to order a month-to-month subscription on the 12th of April, your first box will ship between the 1st-5th of May.  Renewal will happen on the 15th of May. If you start a new subscription within the first few days of a new month, and we are not sold out of that month, we are able to ship you the current box.

All subscription payments are final. If you cancel your subscription after renewal, you will still receive the boxes you have paid for.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply login to your account at  

Click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS (under your name on the left hand side of the screen).  

From there you will see a list of active subscriptions, with options to cancel or edit (these options are on the right hand side of the screen).

Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.  Your subscription will not renew unless you reactivate.

Important Info: If you checked out without creating an account when you subscribed, you will not find an account associated with your email address.  Email us ( and we can assist you with creating an account, or making changes to your subscription status.

We ship via USPS Priority with insurance, and provide tracking information for every shipment. You will receive an email with your ship date and tracking link.  

Please make arrangements to have your subscription delivered to a secure address or location.

If you have concerns about mail security in your area, contact us and we will ship your boxes with a signature requirement at no extra charge.

If your package is lost after delivery, the best course is for you to contact your mail carrier and/or local post office for assistance. 

Please note, we are not responsible packages lost or stolen after delivery.

**COVID RELATED DELAY INFO**  Due to ongoing delays related to to the impact of COVID on the USPS system, we are seeing a delay for some packages.  The vast majority arrive on time, or only a day or two late.  There have been a small number of packages experiencing longer delays.  Fortunately, we aren't seeing any increase in lost packages, just longer transit times. We encourage anyone with a delayed package to sign up for notifications from USPS via your tracking link. This will provide you with the most up to date info about your shipment.  Thanks for your patience!


Information For Customers Outside the US: 

You may be charged duties/taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Heart + Honey has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

If you are unfamiliar with duties in your country, you may want to contact your local customs office, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

We ship according to the shipping option a customer chooses at check out.  Transit times vary greatly from one country to another. 2-4 weeks for international delivery is most common, but delivery times in excess of 4 weeks is still normal. Please take transit times into consideration when making your purchase.
